What to do with my frogs?

Does anyone else wonder what to do with their canes once they are complete?  My dilemma- what to make using my frog cane. 
 

I made the charms with the frog on his lily pad and you saw it in the previous post but I wanted something more sophisticated! 


After watching Barbara McGuire’s tutorial on translucent canes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48YOkLypJvE  I just had to try to use the technique she demonstrated and add my frog cane slices.

    Your cane and beads are awesome, Linda :) I agree with your previous post: realistic canes are quite challenging, but so worth the hassle. Have a great time in your class at Tuscon!

Polymer Clay Conversation

One of the polymer clay groups on FaceBook is 'Polymer Clay Collective'.  This is a group of artists working in polymer clay who share ideas and support each other.  I'm so glad to be a part.  A new feature of this group is the 'Polymer Clay Collective Conversations' where a different member answers a set  of questions.  I get to be first - the trailblazer! I'm Back with New Pieces of Art Jewelry

It’s been a while since my last post and while I missed writing them, I hope you also missed sharing my adventures!  Between a road trip to Berkeley and having painful (very painful) shoulder tendonitis my activities really slowed down.  Now I’M BACK!  Ready to explore new techniques and have fun.
